Overview
During my Master's program at LMU, I was able to work alongside EquiFi as a Growth Marketing & Sales Consultant. EquiFi is a startup focusing on shared equity co-investments in a home. During my time with EquiFi, my team and I were tasked with assessing the feasibility of entering the ADU market, and developing an accompanying GTM strategy

Project
As part of our process, we conducted focus groups, simulated sales calls to better understand consumers' perception of a new home-financing technique. This, alongside external research, allowed us to develop a brand guide, medial plan, and sales strategy. Here, we identified key components of the business strategy, such as brand voice, target audiences, and media channels. From this, we were able to develop a nine-month GTM strategy focused on increasing the conversion rate at the top of the sales funnel by 6x.
