Overview
During my Master's program at LMU, I had the opportunity to consult GAIA through the implementation of their ESG Program. GAIA is a sustainability consulting firm operating in the built environment. Specifically, I worked alongside GAIA to define the scope of their ESG Program, and develop accompanying sales and marketing materials.
Project Overview
To understand the current ESG environment, we conducted a competitive analysis and industry analysis. From this, we gained valuable insights into the current landscape for ESG consulting in the built environment. After this, we spoke with clients and completed a client analysis to understand the ESG challenges, needs, and goals of companies looking to implement GAIA's services. This allowed us to define the scope of GAIA's ESG services, and make our final recommendations to the team.
